This Privacy Policy explains how GoalTrack (“the App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App. By using GoalTrack, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy applies to GoalTrack on Android and desktop.

If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the App.

2. What information the App collects

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (like health, biometrics, or government IDs). If you type sensitive info into your goals/notes, that’s your choice, and it remains on your device unless you share it.

If you sign in: GoalTrack uses Google Firebase (Firestore and related services) to store and sync your account and app data. In the desktop app, your main synced data is encrypted before upload. Some metadata (for example profile fields and subscription status) may be stored unencrypted to support app functionality.

We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe under their policies.

Local-only data: Since your content is stored on your device, you can delete it anytime inside the App or by uninstalling the App.

We take reasonable measures to protect data in the App. However, no method of storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device safe (PIN/biometric lock, OS updates).

GoalTrack is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If you use the App outside Bulgaria, your data may be processed in other countries through third-party services (such as ad networks). Those providers may use standard legal safeguards where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will also notify users in-app where practical.
